Hey there! I'm Bugsy, a golden Lab with a tail-wagging story to share! My life started a bit rough, cooped up in a tiny cage for far too long each day.

But, as luck would have it, I was rescued and found my forever home, with my mum Jo! More than just a pet; I became a family member, a friend, and the heart of our home.

You know, pets have always been a big deal in my family. Before me, there was a whole line-up of lovable dogs: Frisky, Basil, Olly, and others each with their own unique charm.

They've all played a vital role in my mum's life bringing joy, companionship, and countless memories.

Our Story

When I joined the family, it wasn't just a new beginning for me, but also for my humans.

One thing that became clear over time was the impact of diet on me and my mates health. Many of my four-legged friends, were fed processed foods and sadly faced health issues. On the other hand, dogs like me, who got to enjoy human-grade proteins and whole foods. thrived with fewer vet visits and a zest for life!

This observation sparked a revolution in our home. My human, Jo, armed with a wealth of experience and driven by love, delved into pet nutrition. The goal? To create meals and treats that aren't just tasty but also incredibly healthy for us pups. And so, the Bugsy's freeze-dried Functional Treats range was born, followed by a whole variety of nutritious pet foods.

Mum's approach is simple yet powerful. 'Bugsy's' focus is on natural, nutrient-rich ingredients that bolster dogs & cats immune systems, keeping us strong and ready to fend off illnesses. It's all about prevention, especially since health issues like cancer are sadly common in dogs as we age. We believe in giving every pet the best chance at a long, joyful life.

As for me, I lived a fantastic life, full of love, health, and happiness, until the happy old age of 17. Mum makes sure my legacy lives on in every product we create, in every happy bark and wagging tail.
